Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of aerostrata.online (the “site”), operated by Adamix stavby s.r.o., Semtín 97, 533 53 Pardubice, Czech Republic, company registration number 17413109 (“we”, “us”). By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

The site publishes free, independent editorial guides to online games. We sell nothing, take no payment from readers and require no account. No contract for goods or services is formed between you and us by reading these pages.

The site is funded by advertising. Some links are affiliate links: if you install a game through one, the advertiser or its affiliate network pays us a commission. This costs you nothing additional. We mark such links as advertising both at the link and in a notice on the page, as required by the Unfair Commercial Practices Directive (2005/29/EC) and by the policies of the advertising platforms we buy from.

A paid link is not a recommendation that we have been paid to make. Advertisers do not review our copy before publication and cannot change a verdict.

Links take you to websites and services operated by other companies. We do not control them, we are not responsible for their content, their prices, their availability or their handling of your data, and their terms and privacy policies apply once you leave our site. Read them.

We do not operate, host, distribute, sell or support any game. Accounts, purchases, refunds, moderation and technical support are matters for the game’s own publisher.

We take care to be accurate and we check factual claims against the publisher’s own documentation before publishing. Games change constantly: mechanics, team sizes, prices and availability may differ by the time you read a page. Each guide shows when it was last reviewed. Guides are general information, not professional advice, and you should verify anything that matters to your decision against the official source.

Nothing here is a guarantee of a particular experience, result or level of performance in any game, nor a promise that a game will run on your hardware.

This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Games we write about carry their own age ratings, issued in Europe by PEGI. World of Warships is rated PEGI 12 and is not suitable for persons under 12 years of age. PEGI gives the reason for that rating as images of sexual posturing; the listing also records implied violence and carries PEGI’s “Paid random items” descriptor. Ratings differ between the PC, console and mobile versions, and can change when a game is re-rated, so the official store listing for your country is the authoritative source.

Games we link to are typically free to download and funded by optional in-game purchases. Some of those purchases are randomised loot boxes: you pay before knowing what you receive. Paid loot boxes are restricted or prohibited in some EU member states, notably Belgium, and what is offered to you may therefore depend on where you live. We do not sell these items, receive no share of them, and our commission does not depend on whether you buy anything in a game.

Check the age rating and the purchase descriptors on the official store page before installing, and particularly before installing on behalf of a minor. Spending controls are available in the account settings of the relevant platform.

You may read, print and share these pages for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy or republish substantial parts of the site commercially, scrape it systematically, interfere with its operation or security, misrepresent your relationship with us, or use it in any unlawful way.

The text, layout, diagrams and illustrations on this site are protected by copyright and belong to Adamix stavby s.r.o. unless stated otherwise. Game titles, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and appear here for identification and description only, which does not imply any affiliation or endorsement. No game publisher’s assets are reproduced on this site. If you believe material here infringes your rights, write to info@aerostrata.online identifying the page and the material, and we will act on it promptly.

We provide the site with reasonable care but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or of any third-party site reached from it.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights under EU and Czech consumer law are unaffected by these terms.

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, which form part of these terms.

We may amend these terms. The version in force is the one published here, with its effective date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the amended terms.

These terms are governed by Czech law. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your own courts. The Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, coi.cz) is the competent body for out-of-court consumer dispute resolution; the European Commission’s ODR platform is at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
