What to write to us about
- Corrections. Something in a guide is wrong or out of date — tell us which page and what is wrong, and we will check it and fix it.
- Privacy requests. Access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent. See the Privacy Policy for what each of these covers.
- Advertising questions. Which links on a page are paid, and who pays for them.
- Rights-holder notices. If you believe something here infringes your copyright or trademark, write to us with the page and the specific material and we will act on it promptly.
- Complaints. We would rather resolve a complaint directly than through a third party.
What we cannot help with
We are an independent guide publisher, not a game operator. We cannot recover a game account, process a refund, moderate another company’s servers or answer support questions about any game. For those, contact the publisher of the game directly — for World of Warships, that is Wargaming Group Limited, with whom we have no affiliation.
