This site is funded by advertising, and we think readers are entitled to know exactly what that does and does not buy.

Every link that earns us money is marked in three ways at once, so it is obvious to a reader, to a screen reader and to a crawler:

Links that earn us nothing carry no such label and no sponsored attribute. If a link is not marked as a partner link, we are not being paid for it.

We check factual claims — team sizes, party sizes, mode names, ratings, prices and release details — against primary sources before publishing: the publisher’s own documentation and patch notes, the official store listing, and the relevant ratings board. Where PEGI is cited, the rating and its stated reason come from PEGI’s own database entry for the platform we are writing about.

Where something is a judgement rather than a fact — whether a ship type is forgiving, whether a tactic is worth the risk — we write it as a judgement and not as a measurement. Where we do not know, we say so rather than fill the gap.

We do not publish invented statistics, fabricated quotes, made-up reader testimonials or review scores we have not arrived at ourselves. Nothing on this site is presented as a reader submission, a personal account or a news report unless it genuinely is one.

All diagrams and illustrations on this site are our own original artwork, and each carries a caption saying so. We do not reproduce game screenshots, publisher artwork, logos or other third-party assets, and we do not present an illustration as though it were a screenshot.

Games change between updates, so every guide carries the date it was last reviewed. When we get something wrong we correct the page rather than quietly delete it, and a corrected guide gets a new review date. Where an error was material, we say what changed.

If you find something wrong or out of date, write to info@aerostrata.online or use the contact page. Corrections are welcome from anyone, including the publisher of a game we have written about.

Where a game we write about has an age rating, we state it, name the ratings body and give the reason that body gives. Where a game sells randomised items, we say so plainly and note that such items are restricted in some EU member states. We consider this part of describing a game honestly, not an optional extra.

We ask for no account, no registration and no payment. We set no analytics or advertising cookie until you have agreed to it, and declining is one click and costs you no functionality. What we do collect, and why, is in the privacy policy and the cookie policy.
